Wechelderzande · model version 2 · 2 November 2026
A first full model of the house, built from your measurements and checked against the 1994 survey plan, the 2013 EPC, the 2010 wall-insulation certificate and the 2022 roof invoice. Plans, sections, facades and the 3D model all come from one set of coordinates, so they agree with each other. Values marked derived or assumed are listed at the bottom with what would settle them.
Drag to turn, scroll or pinch to zoom, right-drag or two-finger drag to move. Cut the house at a height to look into either floor. The neighbouring house is shown as a transparent block, mirrored as you described.
Garden at the top, street at the bottom, as in your sketches. Walls are cut at 1.20 m above each floor; anything above or below the cut is dashed. Letters follow your labels.
Three vertical cuts from street to garden, looking towards the neighbour. Heights are above the ground outside. The roof slope comes from your 3.09 m at the street facade and 6.40 m at the garden wall. In the bedrooms the ceiling hangs below the roof and bends about 1 m before the street-side wall; the dot marks that kink.
Outside surfaces as seen from outside. Openings are the frame sizes you measured; frame colours as they are now, brown at the street and dark green at the garden. The party wall with the neighbour is listed separately because it is not an outside surface.
Net areas between the walls, from your inside measurements. measured means taken from your note; derived means worked out from other measurements; schematic means a working value we agreed on.
What the model had to decide on its own, and what one visit with a tape measure would settle.
